Call me a cynic but if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I bet that is the excluding VAT price.

As well as VAT, what about shipping, import duty and SVA?

From Subaru Car Spot Sayama judging by the signs
The front grill indicates it is a B rev, too - so it is the just superseded model.
There are some stories of amazing deals at the mo' coz of the "new shape" car being so good.
Get'em to chuck in an STi front lip spoiler and some CF light shades (by Zero). They really help the looks of the front end.

Get an insurance quote, you *may* be unpleasantly surprised...
Also, you'll probably find that you can get a brand new MY03 STi shortly for £20,000 all in from someone like Litchfields.
