When all else fails, remember you can still visit/rip some pages from http://web.archive.org/web/200109262...hniques.co.uk/

but it's gonna be slow.

Edit: clicky

The site is actually owned and ran by Simon de Banke (the webmaster and owner of scoobynet Ltd).

I will have a chat with him, and find out.

Regards,
Shaun.

Wink

I think I know why, same thing happened this time last year as well. As winter starts to kick in and the roads start to get a bit slippery, all the Saxo owners start having massive accidents, and the first thing they do when they get home is to visit the Driving Techniques website for tips on how to drive properly!

I would really want to see it back. Looks like the daomain name does not resolve properly. I know it belongs to Simon, that's why I am here to ask.

Hi All

Unfortunately, this site, along with that of Tyres Northampton and a whole host of other sites, were hosted by Phil Daws (the ex-owner of scoobynet). His server has been shut down and I've tried just about everything to get hold of him (as have a number of other people) but he's not returning calls.

Deepest apologies for the outage.

All the best

Simon

If you're stuffed with this drop me an email. I've been picking up the pieces for many other people who have been let down by Phil.

So what are the chances to have it back?
I really miss it. Why do not you change a hosting and get it up?

Yes I wondered what was going on.
Wanted to post my Four wheel drift question on their BBS tonight. But no joy. All is now clear.
Hope it is back up and running soon
