My problem with the car being reposessed due to previous owner owing money is over..I am getting the car back.
I'm puting this post up to say thankyou to all the messages and information I received after contacting scoobynet.It was due to knowing all my rights and possibilities of a resolve as put forward by you people.

Thank god you got your car back, make sure it comes back in the condition it was taken away in aswell , dont want it to come back with some new dents and scratches or anything missing . Well done anway ..
