Vibrations in suspension

I have haad my suspension done and the following are happening
1 Noises coming from rear struts sounds like something hitting something else
2 Vibration coming from front of car and can feel it in steering?
3 Aslso is there anything i can do about the rear view mirror vibrating as i havea sound system and it drives me up the wall when i turn up music
Please help me
