Classic '51' plate?!?!?!

Saw something really strange last week.......
Drove into the town centre multi storey, and on my way up to find a parking spot, I saw the most strangest thing...
a CLASSIC shaped silver Impreza, with a 51 plate??????
Explanations????...

Two explanations to this one.
1. It was regsitered late,
2. It was an old reg with a 51 in it, like W551 TRD or soemthing - I've made that mistake already myself!!

There was a classic on a 51 plate taking part in the British Rally Championship this year. Must have been registered some time after purchase.

You will find the ones doing the rallying are direct from prodrive just sitting there just waiting to be registered

Get this Classic shape 51 reg £17,495.. Bugeye Y Reg £16,995 don,t know the exact spec, but both Turbo's. i was quite suprised too. Both cars at RN Golden Huddersfield

£17.5k for a classic, there's nothing wrong with classics but really who wants one that bad to pay 17.5 for one?

thers a mica red wagon in my garage that ran on a 51 plate and its a classic. Its now on my personal plate P20SPD though.
It was registered on th 17th december 2001, and i bought it in February with 80 miles on the clock! from a uk dealer!
Bargain IMHO
