Hi all, just wondering is the P1 or 22B rear spoilers r made from carbon fibre??.... The reason im asking is that my friend is a design engineer for a company which designs developes and manufacture many car components and racing cars, he told me that before he was there his company was involved with making a small volume of carbon fibre rear spoilers for an imprezza, just wanted to know which imprezza it was?

maybe it was for competition use only??

where was your friends company?

a small group of 22b owners colectively got together and arranged to haev the blades of our spoilers made from carbon fibre.

After much hassle and the belief we had been conned, this is still happening, but under a different company now.

The P1 has a rear lip of carbon fibre, but it is not structural nor is it laquered which is why they go white afer long exposure to the sun .

its in surrey i not sure if i can say the name, well i recon that they must be ralley items or sumthing, my friend described them made all from carbon fibre and many were rejected due to the finish. i bet they are mega expensive, if i had an impreza i would get one from him.
