Having seen the MY03 at the NEC I was slightly disappointed to say the least and am seriously considering a discounted MY02. Has anyone bought a discounted 02 and if so were there any further reductions to be had? I have seen that some dealers are offering Morrettes included in the price.

I dont think theyll throw much in at that price. They will be full of the " well its already got 3k reduced from it" arguement.
woth a go though depends how quick they want rid of

Work mate just got the 3k discount, Morrettes and a high level rear spoiler thrown in on a MY02.
Don't know the finance or part ex details though so may have worked him a bit on those.

A friend of mine asked for a trade-in price at our local Scooby dealer last Friday. It seems that (in this particular dealer anyway) to offset the 3k "discount" they are offering much less on trade-in values. So, be prepared for a shock if you're going to trade-in your old car!!

Just returned from a visit to my dealer, was offerred mine and 8k to change which I think is quite good. Will work on the Morrettes but at nearly £300 I'll be lucky.

Just traded my golf for a discounted car, offered me £6.5k for the golf but I talked them up to £7.5k. Didnt manage to get any more off the WRX though, haggle and I'm sure you will get something..
