As above really, paid for it, must of been 18 months ago, but still no word. Is it still going ahead Mr moderator or are we looking at a refund????

I had a refund, very fast and courteous response.

I wasn't always a scoobie newbie...was away from scoobydom for a while

 

I never saw any sign of mine either, or a refund (not that I asked for one - just assumed the cd will turn up one day)

BTTT Can someone please let me know? BTW this was a cd from scoobynet with video clips, archives of all the old threads and loads of other stuff I've forgotton about now. Cost £15'ish but never turned up. Just want to know what happened to it?

Sincere apologies for not spotting this yesterday. The CD is a never ending saga of let downs.

It IS planned, I'll get the bloody thing done if I have to etch on to the back of cd myself!

I am so sorry it's taken so long, it's just been one thing after another.

It really IS the highest priority after the shop is launched and settled down, but as always, if you would like a refund, please just email me your name and address and (and the name you ordered it under if it is different) I'll get a cheque off to you.
