Do you guys like house music. Trance, progressive or nose bleed 160bpm.

I produce dance music and I'm in the process putting together a CD to sell via peoplesound.com

I could do a scoobynet driving CD

Interested?

Whole Lotta Live - JTQ - esp.. Theme from Starsky and Hutch, can't beat it!

Boss Drum - The Shamen - Comin' On and Ebeneezer Goode - classic, and nutter boy music

Unbelievable - 2 discs of stuff from happy mondays, the farm, inspiral carpets, etc... totally excellent.

Experince - Jimi Hendrix - Voddoo Chille - just to re-enact the 'leaving london' scene in Withnail and I (SCRUBBERS!!!!! )

Greatest hits of Rolf Harris - for chillout time!

Gettin High on your own supply - Appollo 440 - theme from lost in space - very nice and boppy!

Nah mate, house is a bit slow for me. Hard house is okay, but hardcore is the one for us. 160bpm is just the launch pad... 180bpm is nice, but I'm actually getting into Gabba and 330bpm speedcore at the moment.
Still it could be worse, You could be a garage wooodbwoy.
But you dont sound like the bloke who stands there staring people out on the dance floor before goin to smoke some Crack in the bogs.
I have been trying to find some ambient house recently with little success. Do you know where I can find it?

I agree with Trance....

Standard stereo in my UK300 is rubbish......my Merc Audio 10 was better.....increase the bass and it sounds like a school playground...

330 bpm speedcore? blows my head!

We might have to hook up on the production front, although I'm more into US House and funnily enough disco

Metallica the black album is always a good inducer of foot to the floor foaming at the mouth routine for me

other than that like most type of rock/metal music (though struggling to get into this new rock stuff, i must be getting old - though not as old as master blagger )

Do occasionally like bouts of 'bontempi music' but i do prefer real instruments to be involved.

Try these:

Vast - Touched
Heaven 17 - Temptation
Let me Entertain You - Robbie Williams
Hurricane No. 1 - Step into my World
U2 - Beautiful Day
Texas - Inner Smile
Firestarter - The Prodigy
The Corrs - Dreams
Lightning Seeds - Life of Riley
Led Zepellin - Whole Lotta Love
American Dream - Jakarta

All on my in-car tape (can't yet afford a CD player...)

Monsieur Holt,

The 'black album' by Metallica is actually called 'Metallica Metallica' or just 'Metallica'

I think, their best... (ducking away to avoid the inevitable and, IMHO somewhat harsh, flaming)

Red face

any chance of a standing order for this thread, both here and at Evo? It comes up so often, when it does it would be nice to have an automated reply,British Heavy Metal/Rock,in particular Zep and ACDC.?

thanks.

Maz, technically speaking, you are right, but Metallica (Melodica ) themselves refer to the 'Metallica' album as ... the Black Album

(grabs coat)
