Where u at in London? From the centre, straight out the A12/A127 to Basildon & SS. Theres a crowd in Enfield too.

I use Scoobmania for my upgrades.
It is only a short drive along the M4 and I don't find it too much of a problem. And I've been there quite a few times now.
Lavender Hill in Enfield do my servicing. Nothing is too much of a problem for them.
I use Zymol wax which is delivered and the telephone support is better than excellent.
I have used GGR once and the items were delivered within two days.
Most of the avenues people use for upgrades are on display on the Web. And I dare say they will arrange delivery if you want to fit any parts yourself.
