In the last week i have aquired my first scooby, a brand new WRX.
I have already ordered a PPP and the vehicle has had the prodrive back box fitted from scratch as well as an ITG filter.
My question is where do i go from here ?
I understand the exhaust system (downpipe in particular) is the route to more power i.e dumping the cats but i dont want to lose my warranty, i have noticed that power engineering and Graham Goode both do sport cats but they vary in price dramatically. £399(Goode) - £700(PE).
An educated opinion on this would be really helpful as well as any other suggestions as to how to achieve a bit more power without making major modifications.

Well if you have a MY01 or MY02 the first thing id do is get rid of the ITG filter (can lead to MAF failure ) which isnt good for your engine (ie 5k for a new engine in extreme but the most common places).
A full decat exahust is pretty good if your after decent power though but there are some problems with the CEL (check engine light) coming on, speak to Pete at scoobysport for info on this and he should be able to sort you out
