I bought Dave's tickets and sessions for Trax today and in my hurry, paid him £20 too much. Within minutes of returning to my desk, Dave was on the phone, explaining my error. What a totally decent chap.

Carolyn and I were walking along Fenchurch Street one lunchtime a while back and there was a great big bunch of notes hanging out of a cash dispenser

In a rash moment I went in and handed them over to the branch staff - what a Muppet - they were gobsmacked!
