so can you guys enlighten me as to what models are 2 doors and how much you would expect to pay for them and at what year were they made.

2 Doors are known as Type R's, not RA's. You can get them in WRX STI or rarer lower spec WRX. They started making them in 96/97 with the launch of the face lifted car. Production stopped with the end of the V6 and launch of the bug-eyed 44S/MY01 fugly car...

Or alternatively if you want a UK car it's a P1 which is basically a Type R converted for the UK market.
