Cool

I think the new TVR will have to be my next car.
That takes some saying because I love my Subaru Legacy B4 RSK, but it is so pretty. The TVR Tuscan S is the car I mean and its been featured in Autocar over the last few weeks.
What do you guys think??????

Love it M8!!!
Want one now!!!
It is on Top Gear 8.30pm BBC2 Thursday 23rd August if you did not see last nights.
If I had the money I would go and order one right now in my lunch break as I'm just round the corner from the TVR Centre in Arkley nr Barnet.
Have you ever driven a TVR?? Pure 200% grin factor. I hired one for the May bank holiday 1 year and half ago and with in 30 mins of having it I got some bird at the traffic lights after me. Wanting to take a photo. What a weekend!!!
It was a 4.0litre Chimera by the way. OOOOOOOHHHH!!!!!!!

Cool

This month's EVO has a good write up on the car

They took it to Germany to try to test the claimed 186mph top speed but had to give up after a couple of attempts as the front diffuser broke

I believe the car shown on TopGear has the same reg number, S6 TVR, so should be worth watching

Edited due to inability to spoll preparly

Friend has just bought a non-S version and it goes..................

At present he is suffering from "Swordfish" syndrome and may get a Travolta haircut.....

Seriously though, I've owned 3 TVR's and will get a Tuscan one day, when Finance allows. They are incredible cars...

Question

Is it true that TVR's are named because the original owner/developer's name was TreVoR??
