To my absolute horror and to cap a thoroughly s***e weekend.
i have just discovered that the the inside,lower lip of my drivers side door is virtually full of rust...so bad,that the folded lip has peeled away!!!!(my96 uk)....
...Now.., when i bought the car,from a main dealer,18 months ago.
i was unhappy with a scratch on that same door,which they(the dealer)had resprayed for me.
.....DO I HAVE ANY RE-COURSE ON THEM?......
....but....you must remember...this dealership is utterly useless!!!and they are very good at fibbing

lie number 1....."no sir,there is no expansion joint on your up-pipe,which could be causing the blowing"

lie number 2....."the reason your exhaust pipe is rattling sir,is because you have fitted a performance downpipe"(heatshields)

lie number 3....."noisey cam followers?,thats a new one on me sir"

....so, shall i waste my time going back there?...or just get it sorted elsewhere.....

after 18 months i don't think u will get much joy from the place u got it from and if they are that bad would u want them to redo it? you could always get it sorted and try sending them the bill
