why oh why do some turbo drivers think they are better??? i driver a sport one of the last old shape more than likely i payed more then alot of turbo driver K to v reg so why do you turbo heads not wave back at the end of the day we all love our scoobys an whether or not we have a turbo , 1.6gl or a 22b we are proud of what we drive so the next time someone flashes you just b kind an wave back oneday you might break down or need help .. an more than likely be a scooby driver that will stop.
you know im right your readin this on scoobynet !!!! i think this is a site for scooby fans ???

I wave to any scoobs I see, find most of the time people wave back I suppose the ones that dont think I must be a nutter or something waving at strangers

I'll happily wave back at a sport driver but I probably wouldn't wave first because a far greater percentage of sport drivers aren't enthusiasts. I'd say 75% of turbo drivers wave back at me but I doubt any sport ones would, most of them seem to be old grannies with a lab in the back.

You and the other sport owners on SN are the exception to the rule I'd say. I know this is a controversial comment but I wouldn't have a sport as it's not fast enough, I'd prefer a hot-hatch even though the sport still handles, grips well, etc.

Whats wrong with a Lab in the back

I have a lab in the back of my turbo, had to buy a seatbelt for it though. 60 lbs. of animal carcass being flung around the back seat plays havoc with the inside of my windows when i go round corners.

I, for one, don't think Sport drivers are a lesser breed. Not had my new shape 'bus' (ya cheeky ******!) very long. Was wary of waving at any other scoobs; sport, turbo whatever. Don't care now. Flash 'n' wave at 'em all. Speaking of Sport, enjoyed that bit of a play Thursday. I backed off mate, couldn't have a local boy bein' whooped by a 'bus'

And yes, that crate of yours does go pretty well

I flash & wave at everyone. My00 ppp & handling package Wagon came with a dog guard!!! I am still amazed every time I get in it,any excuse to go anywhere, is it just me, or are we all obsessed.I just have to read the articles to see if anyone has bettered the scoobs--- they haven't.
My only trouble is the 'firm'!!! ride which puts some passegers off until they see the cornering speeds !!!

its not a case of wavin , just dont ignore sport drivers , most of the guys with them would love to have a turbo. im sure most of you lot didnt start off with a turbo ...and i wont make mine look like something it isnt ... its not a corsa...

waving is okay, i'll do anytime to any scooby drivers.

now flashing is a different matter, maybe only the girlies should get involved in that, then it's more fun, isn't it lads.(i'm not sexist, just enjoy the female form)
