I had some papers knicked from my car a couple of weeks ago (while it was unlocked outside a mates house as I popped in for 2 mins)
Nothing valuable - except that 2 service receipts were in there.
The garage I had the service done at is now closed down so I am left with no receipts & no way of proving to a buyer that the servicing was done (except the stamp in the service book but anyone can stamp a book !) The garage is closed so they cant help.

What should I do ? Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Rump.

I suppose a bank statement showing payment to the garage in question would be proof especially if the stamp was dated in the service book

Good idea - but I always use cash when I can.
