i spoke to the CSMA last week. they use 'Car Care Plan'

You have to be a current or former Civil Servant to qualify for CSMA membership.

I took out cover in April for my Euro import. I had the option pack for an extra £20 which includes air-con, electrics and clutch components. I haven't had to make a claim yet so don't know how reliable they are but I thought it was worth going for considering the price.
