There is a news item today saying that none of the Speed Cameras in Norfolk have film in them.

They have had NO film in them for EIGHT months as the officers in charge of them have been reassigned to other duties and civilians are not allowed to do it.

Oh dear - when the law changes and civilians are allowed to do it - I'll sign up - make sure the film is put in correctly, etc!

Very suspicious, why would they want to make that public knowledge? Could be a great little revenue earner if they suddenly find the manpower overnight.

i donet think it was a con i think they were trying to get the public back on there side as the coppers were not able to fill up the cameras as they were all reasighned to rural duties doing there proper job catching real crimanals ,makes a change.....
