Started Yesterday morning when my sister phoned me up to say her car had been broken into.
Then it gets worse with my g/f coming back after a month long holiday in mexico and promptly dumping me.
Then this morning I come off my bike and land in a v prickly bush with one particulaly pointy and sharp thorn going into me shoulder.
not 'kin happy.
going to ultimate street car on me own now cos my mate backed out but I dont care anymore.

And I thought things were tough in the US! Astra...today is today. Make of it what you can! Yeah I know it sounds sucky but heck, you could have had YOUR car broken into, your g/f ask you to marry her, and a thorn from a bush puncture your eye, and a new friend made at the "ultimate street car event. Put in perspective.

I know it'll be difficult, but view the girlfriend thing as her loss. If you can, find out if her best mate has secretly fancied you for ages. They often do, and now you can!!

Drive the bike a bit less agressiveley.

But most of all be glad when you wake up every day, cos one day you won't.

Not that I condone this behavior, but you now have an excuse for getting to work late, not shaving, not ironing you shirts, etc, etc. Because you are now single, and people expect you to be out on the **** all the time. Man, I envy you!!

I will be the first to admit that the grass is always greener, but like the others said -make the most of it. There is no better feeling than being able to do what you want, when you want without having to consider someone else. It's liberating. So is coming into work wearing womens knickers under your suit, without anyone knowing. Try it.

Anyway, it could all have been a lot worse.
Your sister could have been caught breaking into someone elses car, you could have put your bike in a bush and got a branch up your ****, and yes, your girlfriend could have proposed.

Maybe now is the time for you to start on a journey of self discovery........

Thanks chaps, the best bit was the "her loss" aspect.
As for going on the pull, sod waiting till Friday, I'm going out tonight with my mate and dont have to worry about going home as he is putting me up for the night. Sutton is not going to know whats hit it!

You're single, you can f*ck who you like, you can stay up late, get hammered and sleep in your own vomit, you can watch dodgy **** films on satellite, splurge all your savings on car mods or hifi, and just have a good laugh with your mates and enjoy ogling & chatting up gorgeous girls in pubs and restaurants.

Just think, there are some people less lucky than you that actually have to go home to their wives and behave themselves. Have fun while it lasts mate!

I think her exact words were when she dumped me were ..."I've fallen out out love with u cos ur too dangerous, u drink too much and I have nothing in common with u".....

This of course,is true....I dont live in a council house, I dont drive a 300 quid car, I earn a helluva lot more than the measly 10K she does.....ferchrissakes my booze habit costs me more than that a year and I dont go out with my mum instead of me mates.....Bitter moi?? no just glad I didnt make the biggest mistake of my life
