Hope this helps, it is your bloody language though!

The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 2000.

white gasoline

NOUN: Gasoline containing no tetraethyl lead.

We would just call this unleaded petrol

Hello Everyone,
Bought some parts from a UK supplier for my '01 RS and the instructions state that I need to use White Gasoline and Primer K500. Ok what are these products called in the US? I think that White Gasoline is turpintine but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards,

These sound like US terms. Are you sure it's not "White Spirit" rather than "White Gasoline"?

Give people a chance -- you only posted the question 20 minutes ago and most people are just getting to work at this time!

Oh and Michael

You're on the West Coast. Please remember thatthe Uk ( ie Scoobynet) is + 8 hours ,,

ie you post at midnight and it's 8 am tomorrow for most posters.. Well unless they are in Australia, Greece, New Zealand, Brunei, or Scandavia

Please just remember West Coast USA ain't the centre of the Universe....

LOL,
Sir I know that I am not in the center of the universe. I am just in dire need of information. Given the fact that it is 0130 pdt (yes I know my time zones as I worked for an airline for 13 years) I hoped that the UK BBS would be alive and kicking. I mean no disrepect but I have 20 pieces of nice product and need some help in symantics.
