Subaru UK / IM

Word of warning if you're thinking aboiut using them.
IM are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They are rude, unproffesional, ignorant and worst of all uncareing.
They haven't got a clue about customer services. (IMHO)

IM sorted me out. John was a top bloke getting a drivers side airbag sourced with no bother EVEN though they were on back order he still managed to get it arranged within days.
Never found him or any one else at IM to be rude or unprofessional. Mind you, I don't think I was rude or unprofessional with them either.

Indeed, they're pleasant guys and will often return a call if they're out, which is pretty good these days. What I don't like is (was) the apparent lack of urgency when a lot of us have the same problem, be it graunchy clutches, slapping pistons or - as is currently my beef - rattly shock absorbers. However, the point of the thread wasn't particularly to slag them off, but an absolutely neutral request for info, since we seem to use S-UK and IM interchangeably.... not unreasonably in the light of the definitive reply, tho' it would seem that S-UK is right for operational matters. Thanks guys.
