Two bolts either side of the intercooler.
Loosen off the jubilee clips on the turbo inlet and inlet manifold - wiggle off the intercooler. Turn over - careful not to bend the fins - and undo the rest of the clips, put the samco hosing on the IC and refit back to the car.
Easy Job done in 30 mins.

Just ordered the Samco hose set for my MY00.
Is it a fairly easy job to change the three hoses in the kit? How do i remove the intercooler - and is it easy to change the Y piece??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Ray
