You silly ol 'ugger

Part of your enrance fee covered a "free" copy of said DVD Chris has told me that we will be getting it over the next 2 or 3 weeks. Email him (enquires@200plusclub.co.uk) if you want to have a DVD instead of a vid.

However, anyone that did buy, please let me know how much (if any) PTMW! there is as well

2-3 weeks!! why so long?? We should be the first to get them IMHO seem as though we paid for them and are in them.

I bet they put me making a complete *** of myself when i lost it after dropping my tyre pressures when i had the camera onboard.

I remembered the Camera was there, otherwise it would have been rather more colourfull.

Is there any decent footage of me though? i had a cracking lap in the wet with the camera onboard. Any outside footage?

At least your not making a dick of yourself though Puff.

That would be a bit crap though, as it was us two that kept that handling section alive, and we had a cracking battle going on!

JF If I remember correctly they show you on 2 attempts of the handling course, some decent footage

Nito I presume when you say silver wagon you mean a [whisper] estate? If so then I can't remember seeing any footage of one on the strip although you do get to see a brief shot of someone working under neath the front of a silver Scoob (this may be you?)

The video all in all is rather good, it certainly brought back the good memories (and sounds ) of the day.

One of the people they interview on the video is the woman owner of the blue Viper with the stickers. I don't know if she showed anyone else on the day but she shows the camera a tattoo she has of the chassis number of her Viper (I think it was on her lower back)

There is constant commentary throughout the video which I found to be well written and informative.

IMHO well worth the asking price.

Cheers Gareth,

Bastids...discrimination against Estates eh puff!!

Oh well...at least I got every one of my runs on video and a few of Puff and JF on the laps as well as quite a few other cars including Mark's, Plantie's, Ronnie's Rocket, Puff on the drag strip, Scott and Tim's!! Captures the mood of the day pretty well.

I'll have to make some copies for you guys!!

Yeah that was my scoob being worked on...either by myself or my lackeys..super duper rally pro pit crew I'd brought with me along with the Scooby crews collective tool box..thanks mark/pat/tim. I even had to start robbing bolts from further down the exhaust system and improvise on the head studs

Wonder if they'll release Elvington..deleted scenes!!

first off to all those who took part, you will of course get a copy very very soon. we actually only received the stock at 8am sunday morning, delivered direct to us at trax.
those who were fortunate to find our stall did manage to pick up a copy. (no thanks to trax organisers for giving us the worst location ever)

our website will be updated very soon to allow online purchasing, and will also have details of how to order by phone or credit card. email me in the meantime if you wish.
we may also be selling via online club shops ie SIDC shortly.

any enquires please email me
enquiries@trackdayplus.com

as for the footage, we had to try and work around 24hrs worth down to a watchable amount, while trying to do well for all clubs involved etc. the scoobs in particular got a good mention for their handling course heroics. please do bear in mind there were 75+ cars and not all can be mentioned fully in an hours programme.
the dvd does have some additional incar, and split screen footage, plus extra info from the interviews with the winners.

I hope you feel it does the event justice, having watched it myself today fully for the first time i feel it is a good reflection on how the event progressed, and captures the awesome footage very well.
