Playa Americas, tenerife, there are about 3 tracks, one with pretty fast karts, you can do what you like in them, no safety lectures!!!
Also, ther are jetskis etc in the vicinity and the best crazy golf course in the world!!Good fun all round.

Definitely Playa de las Americas in Tenerife, and also there is an international circuit near Playa de L'Ingles on Gran Canaria.
Both are a top laugh, although the one in Gram Canaria is better IMHO.

Alcudia in Majorca. Has the largest kart track in Spain (I Think). Has 2 types of karts. 20 bhp capable of 60 mph and revs to 14000 and they have 30 bhp Pro karts which are very quick. If you think you are good then try to race the owners son, he races in the Spanish Championship.
