Question

Do you need to rest the ECU if you are changing from SUL to Optimax?

Disconnect the battery and leave it for about an hour or so. This should do it.

Some ECU's will reset themselves.

So that means you do need to reset the ECU then, even when using SUL?

Wink

Try putting this in the drivetrain section. There's quite a lengthy piece in the FAQ section of www.sidc.co.uk. IIRC it resets itself on post MY99 cars.
