160 MPH indicated on an Autobahn, realistically 70 MPH with speedo correction

160 on the speedo, and it gets there. I love the A27 from Kingston Roundabout to the next one, err, southernham or something.
UK 1997. Rev limiter kicks in around 7100rpm approx.

About 160 indicated on the speedo on an airfield. 7000rpm in 5th gear. Might have got a little bit more but I was running out of strip. Got to that speed surprisingly quickly too.

140+ on a local private road, which wasn't straight enough for long enough...

155 but probably 150 if take into account inaccuracy of speedo.
On M1. Car was smooth and had 10/15mph left. Not quite big Merc/BMW refined or sure footed but better than any medium sized car I've been in.
