did you mention explorer giving problems the other day, cause I am trying to post into P1 Medias web designer thread in non scooby related and although it recognises I have posted, it isnt coming up, no matter how many times I refresh. I may have posted twice by now, I guess that means cem is twice as good.

Yes - it forces a re-load from the server and not the cache....
