Spare Speedline Corse wheel insert?

Hi
I have a set of 16" gold Speedline Corse 2 wheels on my 99my. I have lost one of the centre caps & the decal. The wheels were supplied with both Prodrive decals (which don't fit properly) & gold Speedline Corse decals. Subaru cannot supply spare Speedline Corse decals & I wondered if anyone had any spare ones please? I'm not looking for a freebie & can pay a resonable amount for either 1 or a set of 4.
