do you mean you replaced the short engine with that of a version 6 sti?

if so it is a phase 2 block which mating with your phase 1 heads having hydraulic lifters in your case.

you will still have 380 injectors and a phase 1 early manifold etc.

you cant put the turbo on as is as the front entry pipe to the airfilter wont fit under your manifold.

But you should not expect it to perform like a 2000 sti anyway, as the compression ratio will be different. The phase 2 engine expects thinner head gaskets, and presuming you have used head askets from a phase 1 your compression ratio will be much lower.

Regardless, due to the mix and match nature of the engine you should not expect sti performance anyway. they rely on the boost of a vf 28 turbo which you do not have and also rev to 8250 instead of 7000 on your car.

You would be far better off scrapping the idea of using standard equipment, and go it alone based on acquired knowledge puttin n whichever bits you see fit, such as turbo, injector, fuel pump, and most importantly, custom ecu.
