Well, not quite but IMHO this was worse

Wife had used excuse of needing to go to Folkstone to take PTMW! as the means of transport as her boss only had a LHD beemer

Reluctantly let that go as no reasonable grounds (really) to make an argument...

Came back tonight to find a Cover Note from NFU WTF is this?? Read it again & it had her boss's name on it

She'd only insured the guy to drive PTMW! 'cos he fancied a drive of the scoob!! Witch hadn't told me either

Well Not Impressed

"I knew you'd be annoyed..." - understatement

It's as if I'd come home & found them banging on the kitchen floor - but WORSE

Couldn't care if they'd actually been sh@ggin'

How many miles did he do in it you reckon. Send him an invoice and directions to the nearest scoob dealer.

There he can test drive one like the rest of do.. instead of taking liberties with your motor.

I also think you need to have a quiet chat with your wife as well. My wife would not DARE do that.

Well Goddam, I'd be mad as well. Just out of spite, could you loosen a conector or two so he gets stuck halfway with niggling engine complaints or warning lights, roar at him for abusing your car, then just refit the connector properly afterwards? The git deserves a pasting for such a bare-assed blag when he has a car of his own and just fancies a jolly in someone elses...

I can see why ure so pi$$ed off Puff!
Here's my simple to follow plan:

1. Go to Tesco, buy 3 bottles of Fairyliquid.
2. Go find the tw@ts BM.
3. Pour Fairyliquid in his petrol tank.
4. Laugh as his car splutters up the road blowing bubbles out its exhaust. (Until it breaks down for good that is )

Go on do it, you know you want too.

Firstly, I couldn't find an violent enough animated gif to send.

Secondly, tell her to buy him a ****ing Playstation II, GT3 out today, change to cockpit view, or if he couldn't wait, get CM Rally.

Thirdly, sorry but the hammer would have had to come out.

I HAVE TO PROTECT TO CLOSEST THINGS TO ME!!

Blimey James, she's let her boss soil your seats. Only thing for it is to cancel the Cooper and get a Caterham R500/Augusta MV. Tell 'er indoors that would make up for it in some small way.
Then make her get the removable teeth conversion and ermmmmm
LOL your domestic situations are better than the weekly Eastenders omnibus mate!
Can't blame the boss though, top man, wouldn't we all do the same if we were in his position?

Well may I just say i'm not man enough, i've heard about his missus.....

PS James, as Chuckie says, I guess the Mini order is off...

What about GIVE her PTMW! and get yourself a nice new Scoob...

No such problems in our household mate - we were originally going to buy ONE Scoob and share it alternative weeks - yeah, right - selective amnesia kicks in.....it costs more up front, but domestic harmony prevails.

Mind you, she'll only find something else to give you grief about....she will do if she ever signs up to Scoobynet and sees what you write about her LOL

Puff

It's your fault mate 'coz she obviously knew she would live through the experience. My missus will not drive Red even with me in the car.

As for him, do you have access to a rusty coathanger and a pair of secateurs........

Think we need a weekend scoobymeet for east anglia.

Leave your missus at home, and lest do a round britain tour.

Either that or lay a new patio, want any help digging the 6' deep hole?

Tongue in cheek mode on.

I would be annoyed too. However I can't help but think 'what you reap you sow'. The wifey approved 'backbox' that changed into a PPP, the new brake pads that turned into Brembo 4 pots for example.

I would'nt read anything bad into it, she was probably after some payback. Besides, if her boss loved PTMW then she may well get a raise and so you can afford more gubbins to add to it. A positive spin on it, would be to think of it as an investment.

You could always take her name off of the insurance..

Tongue in cheek mode off

I might actually get an extra Track Day out of this as boss would love to be driven properly in PTMW! too

Looking at the LTR day @ Snetterton at the end of November...

However, the feeling of violation

She knew I'd be pi$$ed & brought home some lobsters & a bottle of wine

Unhappy

Are you really pissed off? I would be...

Tell her in no uncertain terms that this was not the thing to do, and if she ever contemplates something like this again that the "Driver" will be reported to the police for "Taking Without Consent" (TWOCing), which is exactly what happened!!

The actions of some people leave me bemused, but to get that behaviour from your own wife - Jeezuz...

Puff, haven't you got the active system from NavTrack?

When you get the phonecall, just say "dunno who's driving - must have been stolen! Oh my god!!" etc...

That's the kicker..

Can't bide deceit.

Without honesty and openness, you have nothing.

hehe.. you've only got yourself to blame mind.. because you gave her permission to be on your policy in the first place ! If she hadn't been, she wouldn't have been able to put Mr Boss on it..

Some other man in my driving seat, that the missus has deceived me over.. I'd feel violated !

I used to have a woman who felt like she could do as she pleased, knowing full well it'd **** me off.. then just think an apology would mend things. She's history, and doing far worse without me. ha ! ha ! ha !
