I'm interested in buying a second hand WRX and have around £9k to spend as well as keeping a few £k in the pot to look after it.

I've seen a couple of 1995 WRXs with about 40000 mile on them lately - can you get a good WRX for this price? (I'm prepared to travel anywhere in the UK) or am I kidding myself?

Another issue is insurance, I'm 23 and live in Northern Ireland, not ideal to say the least but I'm determined to get a Scooby on the road within two months MAX!
