Exclamation

Which one is it to be then Ladies and Gents?

Personally, I think Top Gear has gone downhill since Clarkson left. Driven is getting better but some of the tests they use to give points are ridiculous.

I think Top Gear just has the edge, but I'm starting to forget to tape it now and then when at work.

Which one is it for you?

Wink

Have to admit Quentin and Kate aren't the best double act I've ever seen.... are they having a fling they never seem to do any reports alone!!!

Both pretty poor I reckon.

They should do a Top Gear 3, where they just look at top end high perfomance cars and motor sports.... behind the scenes with a rally team or something.

Thumbs down

Oh, forgot Pulling Power. Easy done though. Don't know if this programme is seen nationally, but it is utter S**t. More like a holiday programme. Loads of scenery and the odd car driving past the camera.

If you have SKY digtal then there is TopGear GTi which is a compilation of the better tests they've done in recent times and is an hour long. I think it's on UK Horizons/Leisure, I can't really remember!!

Driven destroyed my clutch, knackered my paint work and fixed the test so an Audi beat a 22B They ended up paying to get it put right though!

Vicki Butler Henderson won't return my calls!

Have never seen Drivel and after their lack of respect and integrity with Anders' car, don't think I'll ever bother.

Saw the last Top Gear prog on Thurs for the 1st time in ages and thought the quality of journalism was seriously weak. I mean, do you really buy your hot hatch on the basis of how it handles when chucking it around on the track? Come to think of it this BBS is probably the wrong place to write that. . .
Also, thought the ICE item was p*ss poor, £15k systems? A review of several £250-500 set ups would have been more informative.

Just MHO.

Suresh

Just off to chuck my scooby around some country lanes
