I have just seen a small picture with info in this weeks Autocar,of the restyled Legacy.
Subaru designers have done fab job by making the car look more aggresive. It has wider grille, new front bumper/spoiler,air intake and gas discharge headlamps. The car is due for showrooms in Spring 2002.
Why could'nt they have done the same with the MY01 WRX?Maybe a face lift is due for the near future. So the Legacy proves that Subaru still have some decent designers.

Question

So why does the UK have to wait 1 year for the new shape legacys, they are available in Japan now (and for a couple of months I believe).

Can you show us a picture?
They put the car first on the Japanese roads to avoid recall campaigns all over the world...other brands should do the same!

The headlamps are new in look - gas discharge was standard from the A-rev (ie the first one) on both the turbo B4 and the turbo Wagons.
