I wonder if anyone can offer some advice. I've got a 2001 UK-spec European import WRX. When I got my 1000 mile service the dealer (ACE Kensington) assured me that the service intervals were changing to 10,000 miles or 1 year and not 6mths/7500 miles.

The car is just about 1 year old now and I've done 7000 miles in it. I phoned up the dealer to book my next service only to be informed its closing in the next few days. All the other dealers I tried (&Subaru UK) say I should have had a 6 month service. My frustrating questions are;

1. Should I book a 6 month service late?
2. Should I book a 1 year service and sod the 6 month one as my warranty runs out anyway in 1 month because its an import and I've probably invalidated my warranty already.

Any answers greatly appreciated
