White - you should be able to get a touch up pen from any Subaru dealer (providing you don't tell them its for an import ). The paint code is on the info plate riveted next to the nearside top suspension mount under the bonnet and will read something like "94H" (example, it won't be this..).
Gold for the wheels is more difficult, nobody does this, and different makes of gold wheels use different shades of gold. You MAY get a friendly motor factors that mix paints to make you up a similar colour by matching the nearest from their paint chips. I did my own from two different gold touch up paints (one Rover, and one Peugeot), and got an almost exact match.

I've been told that PM Auto Panels in Warrington can mix paints for gold wheels. Apparently they will make you a spray can for around £15 - the number I've got for them is 01925 415661. They were recommended to me by the dealership I bought my car from but I've not had chance to try them yet so I can't comment on what sort of match you will get.
