Thumbs up

A decatted full stainless exhaust is your first option, then an induction kit or ITG panel filter.
Uprated spark plugs a possibility
There isnt much you can do to the engine without stripping it down.
Front mounted intercoolers and bigger turbos are an option but are big money
Exhaust and filter 1st
Get it set up on a rolling road to set up boost etc
Lots of people upgrade front brakes!!
Hope this helps
