How do I take the top odement tray out (The one in the middle of the dash).

I've taken the two screws out and pulled it towards me. It came off the sides but it seems there is something holding it in the middle.

Have I missed a screw?
Do I need to pull harder?

I suppose you're talking about the cupholder, there is 1 more screw holing it in the middle, to reach that screw, unfortunately you have to taka apart your dashboard, that means, the top glove box and the heater controls to be able to reach it without breaking anything.

Not the cup holder. I'm talking about the top tray. I want to replace this tray with a 3 gauge pod.

Its on a MY99 car.

Oh, ok the top tray, sorry.
Yes that's much easier than the cup holder. just undo the two screws and pull harder to get it off you have to pull towards yourself and at the same time push slightly downwards.

The best is to pull with your fingers on the metal piece that keeps the lid closed..
