What RPM does torque MAX?

New to the scooby scene and got my first 2 days ago and just polished it!!!!

Where is the maximum torque at the wheels to be found.

Just love it

on my old scoob, uk99 it was 3500 to 5000 for the sweet spot, but it still pulled quite well to the red line

Hows cardiff I am from neath

It will be different on every turbo car but usually around 4000rpm.
