I had the Defi VSD II installed last night by the very patient Nito!
So much fun driving home knowing how fast I was going without having to look down!
Although if someone could explain to Nito that green & yellow wires are different to yellow & green, that would be great!

I have had both the Turbo timer and the speed hud for about a month know and it is fantastic!!!!
Especially as you can record your high speed!!!
These are very accurate as well! More so than your speedo's!! Got it checked at Elvington with their equipment!!
If you don't own this product you should!

It must be said the original speedo was quite close.
Speedo: 30
HUD: 28
Speedo: 40
HUD: 37
At least now I don't have to look down and I can say with confidence "Yes officer I do know what speed I was going"!
Of course my maximum speed was done on a private testing ground with no tricky or pesky corners!

Fulham - Happy to show you the HUD next time we meet.
Trout/Plantie - Would that be the last run when everything (including the space saver) was taken out of the car, two bottles of NF had been put into the tank and the engine map toyed with again?

Thanks Markus!
Hopefully
the wheels get changed tomorrow and then it is just a matter of time before the now painted spoiler and bumper vent extenders go on!
Then there are the speakers, the rear lip spoiler, Defi gauges and pimp tint to go. After that I might take a rest!

I have a few slightly personal Questions for you MATTeL, I understand if you dont want to answer it but I am very curious... Having seen the beast in the flesh I can see that this is a serious project for you...
How much have you spent on modding your Scoob to date?
What was the biggest single outlay?
What, in your opinion, was the best value for money purchase you have made?
Anything you wish you hadn't purchased?

Mak,
How much have you spent on modding your Scoob to date?
- Around £6-7k not including disposable items such as tyres and brake pads
What was the biggest single outlay?
- £1600 for the PPP
What, in your opinion, was the best value for money purchase you have made?
- PPP it woke the car up a lot! The Morettes for getting rid of the startled look and the front lip spoiler for the attitude adjustment to the car!
Anything you wish you hadn't purchased?
- The clear side repeaters and clear reflectors as they have been replaced for other items.
Mak (the plain Nosey Old Git)
- Yup!

Space saver taken out like everyone else... bar Nito
and as I have a safety mapp still Mark putting by boost up by 0.04 bar to 1.3 - which is less than everyone else anyway....
So your point is....
