MY99 Exhaust trim ?

Was gonna take off the chrome trim(s) for my MY99 and discovered one bolt rounded and the other sheered.
Q : When yer get a new exhaust, does it come with the chrome trims or do they normally xfer them ? Wot if they cant ?
