...Just been reading the Thames Valley Autotrader and saw an ad by Basingstoke CID, about a Scooby that there after that has injured both police and civilians. The car apparently has some damage to it hence the advert.
Unfortunetly I can't find it on their website. Anyone else seen it?

i got stopped for this in andover not so long ago, very detailed docs check etc, something to do with cash machine raids i believe.
the copper told me that his sgt had his panda rammed by a silver scoob (reason why i got stopped) as it tried to get away (hence the bit in the paper above - spare front end parts).
Apparantley the old bill gave chase but gave up as the scoob accelerated away past 130 mph
i was informed that the police were checking all silver scoobs in andover, basingstoke and reading areas. they also blocked me in when i stoppped to ensure i wasnt going to **** off in a hurry

Thats outrageous - attacking police I dont mind, but involving the public is not on
Then again - they should be using different cars, dont want the insurance bill going up next yr

The scooby won't be their own will it you wally..
it will have fake plates no doubt too but it will have to get repaired somewhere!!
The detailed docs check would be to make sure the car belongs to you rather than fake ones so it looks like yours etc...
It seems the Scooby is becoming the fav crim get away car.. hence why lots of car jackings no doubt..
