tesco on-line, does it work???????

I found the website to be really excellent, pages and pages of questions took about 10 minutes, then.....
"Sorry - please call the customer service centre."
Apparently they won't do quotes for Scoobies on line. Maybe they should tell you at the beginning? Only a thought!
Anyway, when I did get it sorted I got an excellent quote of £700 (pncd).
Did you know the new age model is group 19 while the old model is 17. When I got a quote for an old shape they requested a tracker, on the new shape they didn't. Both quotes were within £40 of each other. Does that make sense to anyone?
