What I would like to know is:

will an intercooler from an RB5 fit onto a MY95 UK model without much pipework ?
Has anyone done this & if so what was required.
I would appreciate some help with this as I am buying Plantie's old TMIC (should have checked first before I said YES I'll have it, too late now though)
It will NOT have the pipe from the RB5 TMIC that goes to the turbo btw so will mine fit or more than likely will I need to have some Samco ones etc made up ?

eerrr, David Wallis (Intercooler Expert I believe)....a bit cheeky I know, but any chance of you fitting it for me mate ??

Im not an expert but you may find that the answer is no
Its something to do with the bonnet etc, thus the reason they changed them in 97 so you could have the rectangular intercoolers and not the other ones.

You may be able to fit them , but you will have all the brakets from the donor car , remove the under bonnet ducting and make sure that the dump valve outlet doesn't hit the inlet manifold . You may have to also fit a vent to atmo dumpvalve as the 95's don't have the necessary pipe in the right place to use the original re-circ type .
Think that is about all
