Square Reg. Plate

I'm worried about fitting a square number plate to the front of my 95 turbo. Will it restrict too much air flow to the radiator and cause it to run hot?
Also I have the bog standard UK (Ford Fiesta lookalike) seats in my car. I'm looking for either STI or WRX (used) seats to replace the standard ones. Which are better and has anyone any suggestions as to where I may find some?
