Not much performance wise, but from what I have seen and heard, a 22B is much more of a handful, especially when "making progress".

Why? Aggressive diff and shed loads of torque, I think

I am by no means an expert but two good friends have them (both UK) andn I have driven them both.

Cheers,

Mossman

I dont believe slightly slower at all.

In most situations the 22B is quicker, due to more low down grunt.

Turbo is spinning up that much faster, that it nearly always feels quicker.

Best piece of advice I can give you, is unless you are in love with the car, don't buy it.

There simply isnt enough difference over teh car it is based on (which is what you have) to warrant the premium.

If you want it because it is a classic then so be it.

Same goes if you want to keep it forever, as I intend to, but otherwise, save your money.
