Question

I am about to buy a replacement backbox I believe the scoobysport is the best its seems a bit expensive compared to the rest is it really that good???
Any opinions out there??
is £260 a good price?

Scoobysport is the most popular option, but may be too loud. the best thing to do is go along to a meet and listen to a few different ones. There is'nt really a 'best' exhaust, it depends on your preference. As long as it's made by a reputable manufacturer and is stainless steel you should be ok.

If you can wait, and are quick enough there are usually some for sale in the private section. They tend to sell within hours though. Second hand they cost about 200 quid.

260 quid for a stainless steel high quality backbox is good value. Consider that normal steel ones cost 100 quid and will rust away in a couple of years.

Come to Tileys next weekend for their open day. SW group are meeting Sunday ~12 so ther'll be a reasonable collection (hopefully). MAy be good opertunity for listen.

It's a damn sight quieter than the BPM.. That thing really intrudes into the car whereas the SS does not ..
