Help! Got a Forge DV today and am trying to fit it. Didn't come with the instructions.

As you can see in the pic I have the dv itself and the small pipe that runs out the top into the inlet manifold, which is fine.

The other bits are a metal cap which blocks off the flow and the other bit fits over an existing pipe but it wont fit over anything. Once inserted the big blue bit goes over the top....

Any advice? If not I will put the original one back on tonight and contact Forge tomorow.

Question

with a few minor mod? what minor mods??

all the bits you need are there!!!!
the 3" blue pipe up put the alloy bung in the end!
to 'cap off' the old intake hole thingie
connect the thin blur pipe to where the old thin pipe came from...etc
and the big end of the D/V will fit back into the open ended hole! ur reusing the old black pipe!!!!

if this is what you have done, fine

anyone else that was unsure, there you go!!! lol

What threw me was the metal insert on the left of the pic, didn't fit on the intercooler pipe.
I had to put the original pipe back on the intercooler pipe, then sleeve that with the blue / purple pipe. (no instructions!)

Tim, if your intercooler was as fu**ed as mine you wouldn't care either!
