4th gear

By god 4th in STi7's is fun, boring as day at work relieved when I got stuck behind some traffic (40mph in NSL), road opens up indicate, pull out, plant foot and *whack* I'm gone! passed them, pulled back in and slowed down after realising quite what a speed I'd reached so quickly Damn it was fun though
Used to be 3rd in my MY00 for that sorta thing, but nowhere near the kick in the pants of the STi7
Completely pointless post, but stuck a grin across my face that took a while to wipe off, which is what it's all about

Yesterday evening I tried my STi7 down some quiet country roads for the first time since I raised the rev limit to 6000 rpm. Wow! the acceleration in 4th is amazing, and as for 3rd, well that is SENSATIONAL. It is definately much faster than my old lightly modded MY99 Turbo. God knows what it will be like with PPP.

Lemmy,
Just hold onto your hat PPP is the answer to you dreams with warrentyD it's the UK route
UK = JDM + £4000 + PPP(£2000) so £6000 more but you buy UK because of warrenty no warrenty why buy UK
I honestly hope to stay a UK owner with PPP I have had excellent service and piece of mind with Subaru assistance in the past. but at the moment, after the Donny affair begining to wonder
