I must admit it sounded Bloody Magnificent when I was talking to you earlier.

The really great news from this incident is proof positive that Bob Rawle's mapping of of the Link ECU is brilliant and there is NO Det running on 97.. Awesome work Bob..

Ah well... one fixed one to go..

Oh yeah.. sorry... two to go.. The damn black car is playing up now. But I suspect that's a starter motor problem.

Now Harj.. PLEASE PROMISE, PROMISE me one thing.

ENSURE that Matt does not clean and polish it within an inch of it's life

Richard

Well after 2 months of Rich Squire's (BSRT) 22B shredding the crank on the way to the Ring, she is finally back Its been a long long wait but its been worth it when I picked her up tonight, Mat Oz and I drove upto C&K Manchester where she was waiting to be nurtured back to the life of royalty

My ears are still ringing from that BPM Twister Exhaust note Matt and I carefully drove her back home and she feels like a new car! no more notchiness from the gearbox, engine is so much smoother and I know she's gonna pull like a train once she is ran in. Rich was very pleased when i told him how she felt, still completely amazed at this true revel of a car and how the engine feels now compared to before the crank let go.

Many thanks again to Pete @ C&K Manc as they have done a great job on her and boy am I glad to let that WRX Courtesy car go back well its off for a weekend of steady cruising to run her in

Harj....a very very very very very happy chappy

Better to wait and have a good job, than rush it, only for it to be done poorly.......

Actually Harj, space for a small one in the back at some point tomorrow?

Even if you're just cruising, I wouldn't mind hearing the BPM.

Cheers,
